It was our early morning walk on a Sunday on the Lake Estes Trail in Rocky Mountain National Park. As we were about to get out of the door I noticed both of their leashes had been chewed up, not entirely surprised as Rocky was still a teething puppy. I had all my climbing gear handy and decided to craft a leash with my dynamic rope and carabiners. By the end of our hike, I had fallen in love with the feel and look of the leash, knowing I'd never go back to a conventional leash again.
