When we talk to our retail customers over the phone regarding complaints of destroyed toys that fall within our Limited Guarantee, we only offer to replace the toy with the Tuffy Ultimate Ring (T-U-R), Tuffy Ultimate Bone (T-U-B), Tuffy Jr. Ring (T-JR-R) and the Tuffy Jr. Bone. These are our number 1 selling toys. We have also learned from our Toy Tester Program that toys that have less details and protrusions tend to dissuade many dogs from dismantling their toys. This is what we recommend our retailers do as well, based on the fact that their dog may already know how to get into the toy if they get the same one.
