1. Who is
We are a wholesale pet product etailer that offers one stop shopping with your information privacy, creativity and time-crunch as our priorities. We offer one stop shopping with your information privacy, creativity and time-crunch as our priorities. Several of us are former pet retailers.

2. Who do we service? is available only to qualified retailers. Simply fill out our easy on-line registration page and you are ready to shop.

3. How much does it cost to use
There is no charge to qualified retailers.

4. Who do we represent?'s vendors are leading vendors in the industry as well as new vendors just on the scene.   Vendors are with us by invitation only and represent many aspects of the pet industry such as collars and leads, bowls, treats and apparel to name a few.

5. Is  Secure? is constructed with your security in mind. Our server hosts a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate that encrypts your credit card information and keeps it safe from online predators. We will never share your information with a third party. We don't like when others share our information with the world, we wouldn't do that to you. We only ask for information that is necessary to process your order.

6. How do I submit orders?
Click on your selected vendor's site, peruse, decide, then click on the quantity of items that you want to purchase. Each vendor has different required information. Complete that order form, double check that you've included everything that you want to buy then click on Submit Order. For more detail click on the "How To Order" tab at the top of the homepage.

7. How do I change items in my cart?
Simply click the remove button to delete an item or to change an order, for example, a quantity, just type in the new quantity and hit the update button.   If you wish to change an order after it is submitted, contact us at as quickly as possible and we will make the necessary changes.

8. How do I pay for my purchases?  
All of our vendors on accept Visa and MasterCard. Some accept American Express and Discover and their sites will specify if they do. COD and Terms may also be an option. If you have an existing relationship with this vendor and are on net terms, please specify this in the Comments Box at the end of the order form. As always, net terms are at the discretion of the individual vendor and will be verified.

9. Can I cancel my order? What if I receive the wrong product or defective merchandise that I want to return?
If you wish to cancel an order simply contact us at as soon as possible. As long as the order has not shipped it can be cancelled.  For returns, tell us what is wrong with the product. Give us as much detail as possible. Please include the  order number.    We'll work closely with you and the vendor to make sure the issue is resolved and that everyone is satisfied. Keep in mind that vendors have different return policies such as replacement, credit or credit on account . As an added precaution please carefully review your orders before submitting.

10. Can I give special shipping instructions?
You will have an opportunity to choose a ship date or supply any other special requests by specifying such requests in the "Special Instructions" box on each order before you submit it.

11. How are freight charges calculated?  
Most freight charges are additional to the order and are charged at the actual rate for the carrier used.   If shipping is included with the order it will be noted.   Please keep in mind that COD payments carry an additional freight carrier charge that varies in addition to the normal freight costs.

12. What is the "Favorites" page for?
It is a great way for you to save product information that you tend to order on a regular basis. So, the next time you want to order the same merchandise, simply click on "Favorites" and submit the order
